This machine is improved by our company according to the needs of customers.the machine has added an intelligent roll mesh system on the basis of the original one,which can adjust the roll mesh speed according to the welding speed of the machine, so as to make the mesh roll even and beautiful.after the mesh roll is bundled, the system will automatically unload the mesh roll, saving labor.

The GWC series wire mesh welding machine is a fully automatic production line developed by our company after years of experience. The GWC series machinery can perform high-quality cross welding on hot-rolled ribbed steel bars, cold-rolled ribbed steel bars, and smooth round cold drawn steel bars.

According to the welding wire diameter, it can be divided into 3-6mm, 4-8mm, and 5-12 mm, The width of the mechanical welding mesh is divided into 2000mm, 2500mm, and 3000mm (can also be customized according to customer requirements).

According to the degree of automation, it can be divided into:

A Line wire ( coils wire ) + Cross wire ( coils wire ).

B Line wire ( coils wire ) + Cross wire ( pre-cut wire ).

Machine Features

Straightening wheel (one-time straightening) The wire first goes through the straightening wheel for the first straightening process.

Straightening bucket (secondary straightening) Secondary straightening of the straightening bucket can make the large grid mesh flatter.

 

Wire feeding device The wire feeding device adopts pneumatic pressure to grip and feed the wire more stably, reducing the failure rate.

Wire storage device The wire storage device can store wires in a timely manner according to the welding situation, reduce the resistance of the pull mesh motor, and ensure the welding speed.

 

Mesh pulling system The mesh pulling system adopts a platform style linear guide design, making the mesh more precise and stable.

Water-cooled transformer All machinery is equipped with high-quality water-cooled transformers to ensure high-intensity operation.

Cross wire dithering device. Pneumatic shaking device is added to the cross wire feeding system to prevent cross wire winding. Reduce mechanical operation failures.

Cross wire positioning device. The cross wire positioning device adopts the cylinder type, which can more sensitively adjust the cross wire position and increase the welding speed.

 

Connecting copper block. The connection between transformer and electrode uses copper block instead of soft copper leaf, which has better quality and conductive effect.

Electrode and copper base. The electrode and copper base are all made of high chromium copper, which is a special alloy material with wear resistance and high temperature resistance. Increase the service life of the electrode.

Mesh cutting machine The production line is equipped with an automatic mesh cutting machine, which can adjust the length of the mesh according to the set size.

Mesh stacking and conveying The length of the mesh stacking device is 6 meters, and the output length of the roller is 12 meters (can be customized according to requirements).
