Reinforcing wire mesh welding machine, also called BRC mesh welding machine, Construction mesh welding machine.This fifth generation pneumatic steel mesh welding production line is an innovative equipment independently developed by our company based on years of experience in wire mesh welding technology in China and overseas by continuously improving our technology and overall welding machines.

1.Manually feed the warp steel bars.

Reinforcing rebar steel wire mesh is mainly used in coal mine roadway protection and reinforcement,concrete pavement,deck pavement,airport runway,tunnel lining, wall,floor,concrete pipe and so on.

    1.Cross wire auto add device.
    The cross wire hopper is equipped with an automatic filling device, which can load 1000kg of wire at once. reduce labor costs.
    2.Welding cylinder.
    The welding cylinder is independently designed by our company using a double force increasing structure, with adjustable pressure,stable     operation, and durability.
    3.Line wire feeding system.
    Line wire feeding system uses servo motors for fast operation and precise wire feeding.

   4.Welding Transformer.
   We use high-quality all copper clad transformers and are equipped with water-cooled cooling for welding transformers.
   5.Cross wire platform mobile device.
  This device can move the cross wire platform for workers to change the welding head and check for faults.
   6.Pneumatic pressure wire device.
  The pneumatic wire pressing device is specially designed to ensure that the wire feeding length is neat and the mesh is more beautiful.

    7.Raw material rack-equipped with a rack for placing steel bars, making it convenient for workers to feed the wires.
    8.Mesh protrusion device.When mechanically welding and pulling the mesh, it lifts the mesh to avoid wear on the welding electrode caused     by pulling and welding.
    9.Cross wire feeding device.We use a chain structure for cross wire feeding, which allows the steel bars to quickly and smoothly reach the        designate position.

   10.Pull mesh platform adopts independent mesh pulling platform and moves through a lineral guide rail to ensure speed and service life. 
   11.Electric cabinet-The electrical components inside the cabinet are all well-known brands, and the screen can display in both Chinese and     English
   12. Pneumatic Line wire baffle.
   Pneumatic Line wire baffle can automatically lift and lower according to the mechanical operating conditions to ensure that the top of the  mesh is neat and tidy.

    13.Turn mesh flipping system 
    Turn mesh flipping system is customized according to customer requirements and can automatically align the mesh. We can also produce   ordinary mesh systems.
   14.Roller conveyor System 
   The length of the roller conveyor system is usually twice that of the mesh, and we can customize a length of 12-24 meters according to   requirements.
   15.Connecting copper blocks 
   In order to ensure better welding effect and current transmission efficiency, we adopt a single wire single circuit connection method, and all   connections are made with copper blocks.
