Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine
(1)Application: Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine is specially used for automatically straighten stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, aluminum wire, cooper wire, and cut automatically according to the preset lengh.
(2)Material: Stainless steel wire, alloy steel wire, low/middle/high carbon steel wire .
(3)The straightening machine is composed of a frame, a straightening mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a linear gun and a wire frame.
Main Features
1) Simple structure in linear type ,easy in installation and maintain.
2) The length could adjust according to customers demand.
3) This machine has many advantages, such as neat cutting mouth, less error and good functions.
4) The product adopts traction with adjustable speed which ensure the reliability of feeding. And it can avoid the impact of steel bars.
5) Straightening wheel. Its square cutter and circle cutter are made of superior alloy steel which have been heat-treated. It can work under the heavy loading and has long using life.
6) This machine adopts CNC operating system. It can stop working after the setting quantity finished. This machine is zero error working style which can save more material than the straightening and cutting machines before.
