Wire Pay off system. Pay off system is usually according to the type in the picture, pneumatic lifting pulley, convenient wire threading.

Boron coating system. The upper part of boron coating system is boron coating function, and the lower part is automatic drying function.

 

 

Drawing drum. The drum of drawing machine adopts narrow slot water cooling, which has good cooling effect. And it is not easy to enter the dust. The drum is sprayed with tungsten carbide coating to prolong the service life.

Die box. The die box adopts special design and adds fixture, which makes it easier for wire drawing powder to adhere to the wire surface.

 

 

Wire cleaning system. The finished wire will pass through the cleaning device after drawing, and the finished wire is clean and smooth without impurities.

Spool wire take-up system. Take up system can choose coil type or bobbin type,the size can be customized according to requirements.
