Automatic wire mesh welding machine for roll mesh

1.Cross wire dithering device.
Pneumatic shaking device is added to the cross wire feeding system to preventcross wire winding. Reduce mechanical operation failures.
2.Cross wire feeding system moving device.
The engineer specially added a mobile device to the cross wire feeding system, which can facilitate the customer to adjust the mesh size and move the welding electrode.
3.Cross wire positioning device.
The cross wire positioning device adopts the cylinder type, which can more sensitively adjust the cross wire position and increase the welding speed.
4.Line wire straightening wheel.
Each line wire will pass through the straightening wheel, which can make the mesh more flat and beautiful.
5.Connecting copper block.
The connection between transformer and electrode uses copper block instead of soft copper leaf, which has better quality and conductive effect.
6.Electrode and copper base.
The electrode and copper base are all made of high chromium copper, which is a special alloy material with wear resistance and high temperature resistance. Increase the service life of the electrode.
7.Anti reverse device.
Each line wire is equipped with a device to prevent the line wire from backing up, so as to ensure that the grid is neat and beautiful when the machine stops.
8.Pull mesh system.
The mesh pulling system adopts servo motor, which can improve the accuracy of mesh size and make the mechanical operation more smooth.
9.Prevent reverse wheel.
The prevent reverse wheel is installed on the roll mesh system, which will not slip down after the mesh is cut, so as to facilitate the production of the next wire mesh roll.
10.Automatic unloading roll mesh.
The roll mesh system can automatically push the finished mesh roll out of the machine, save labor and increase output.
