Stainless steel straight line wire drawing machine

The main features of the straight line wire drawing machine are that the drum adopts narrow slot water cooling, and the drawing die adopts direct water cooling; the cooling effect is good; the transmission efficiency is high and the noise is low; the fully enclosed protection system is adopted, and the safety is good; the air tension tuning is adopted, and the drawing is stable.

 

Different from the ordinary wire drawing machine, the straight wire drawing machine adopts AC frequency conversion control technology or DC programmable control system and screen display, with high degree of automation, convenient operation and high quality of drawing products. It is suitable for drawing various metal wires with diameter less than 12mm.

 

The main functions of straight wire drawing machine include accurate meter counting with error of 0.1%, automatic deceleration and stop at fixed length, wire breaking detection and automatic stop, positive and negative jogging and left-right linkage of any drum, display of various fault information and processing information, and monitoring of various motion information.

Wire Pay off system
 

Pay off system is usually according to the type in the picture, pneumatic lifting pulley, convenient wire threading.

Boron coating system
 

The upper part of boron coating system is boron coating function, and the lower part is automatic drying function.

Drawing drum
 

The drum of drawing machine adopts narrow slot water cooling, which has good cooling effect. And it is not easy to enter the dust. The drum is sprayed with tungsten carbide coating to prolong the service life.

Tension device
