The double wire positive and negative twisting barbed wire machine (CS-C) is composed of positive and negative twisting, barbed winding and friction rope take-up, and is equipped with four take-up discs.

 

Raw materials

The materials of barbed wire usually hot dipped galvanized wire, electric galvanized wire and PVC coated wire etc.

The reason for surface treatment is to strengthen the anti-corrosion strength and prolong the service life.

(1)Traverse device
Traverse device can automatically move the position to make the take-up more uniform and beautiful.

(2)Take up reel 
Take up reel can be customized according to customer requirements, including the size and diameter of the reel.

(3)Twisted head 
The screw thread system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and easy replacement of twisted head.

(4)Feeding wheel 
The surface of the feeding wheel has been specially treated, which is durable. It can smooth the wire and reduce faults.

(5)Electric box 
There are start button, stop button and emergency stop button on the electric box. The counter can set the output automatically.

(6)Mechanical parts 
The mechanical parts are made of alloy steel to ensure the long-term operation and overall service life of the machine.
