The 3d panel Production machine line mainly consists of 2 machines, one is Steel Net Welding Machine and the other is Wire Inserting & Welding Machine (3d panel machine). This model of 3d panel machine line adopts PLC and touch screen system, strictly positioning of wire meshes, EPS panel and the truss wire crossing panel.

1.Wire insertion straightening.

3.Wire feeding system.

4.Wire cutting system.
The wire cutting system uses the double cylinder mode, which can quickly and stably cut off the wire and reduce mechanical faults.
5.Welding system.
The welding copper block is processed independently by our factory to ensure the welding effect and service life of the welding head
7.Wire spool.
We use a large-size spool, which can carry 30 kg of wire weight and make the machine run for a long time.
6.Spool crane.
Both sides of the machine are equipped with spool cranes, which can reduce the labor intensity of mechanical operators
