(1)Machine Description:
Gabion mesh machine is one kind of special equipment for twisting metal wire hexagonal mesh with big wire, big mesh and wide breadth. Gabion mesh machine is also called heavy duty hexagonal wire mesh machine or gabion box machine. Gabion mesh machine is the professional machine to produce gabion mesh box, which is wildly used in protecting and sustaining bank, hillside, road and bridge, reservoir and other construction project, and it is the good material to prevent or control flood. Heavy hexagonal wire mesh weaving machine adopts PLC automatic control and hydraulic drive, has stable operation, low noise and high efficiency, and is an ideal machine for weaving large specification, broad width and thick wire diameter hexagonal wire mesh.
(2)Machine Application:
The gabion mesh can be used for slope support, foundation pit support, mountain rock surface shotcrete, slope planting (greening), and railway expressway isolation and protection block. It can also be made into box cages and net mats, which can be used for erosion protection of rivers, dams and seawalls, and for the closure of reservoirs and rivers. The most serious disaster of the river is that the river bank is damaged by water scouring, which leads to flooding, causing a lot of loss of life and property and a lot of water and soil loss. Therefore, when dealing with the above problems, the application of the ecological grid structure becomes one of the best solutions, which can protect the river bed and banks for a long time.
