Machine Features

 

 

Gabion mesh machine. The main machine adopts double block structure, which makes the machine more stable and durable.The weight of the whole set of machinery can reach 18 tons.

Wire tension device. The function of wire tension device is to adjust the tightness of wire rod and make the produced gabion mesh standard and beautiful.

Gabion mesh winding machine. The Gabion mesh winding machine can automatically adjust the speed, so as to adjust the tightness of the mesh roll, which is convenient to remove the gabion mesh from the mesh shaft.

 

Spring coiling machine. The spring machine uses six shafts and can make six spring coils at the same time, which greatly improves the production efficiency.

Working platform. The machine also includes a working platform (free of charge), which is convenient for the workers who operate the machine to replace the spring.

Air compressor. Mechanical operation requires small air compressors, and we can also help customers prepare the necessary accessories completely.
