This machine adopts synchronous control technique, both welding time and cent-control welding is composed of PLC program system.The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard, it makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable. The weft wire supply is automatic. The greatest advantage is that it can be adjusted the distance of weft random on the same one piece of mesh sheet. Welding machine adopts new type high-efficiency transformer, shifting gear can be divided into eight level, expand the scope of welding wire diameter. Easily operation, high flexibility, the production is several times than the artificial single spot welding machine.The GWC series wire mesh welding machine is a fully automatic production line developed by our company after years of experience.

Machine Features: 

The GWC series machinery can perform high-quality cross welding on hot-rolled ribbed steel bars, cold-rolled ribbed steel bars and smooth round cold drawn steel bars. According to the welding wire diameter, it can be divided into 3-6mm, 4-8mm, and 5-12 mm, The width of the mechanical welding mesh is divided into 2000mm, 2500mm, and 3000mm (can also be customized).

According to the degree of automation, it can be divided into:
A Line wire ( coils wire ) + Cross wire ( coils wire ).
B Line wire ( coils wire ) + Cross wire ( pre-cut wire ).

C Line wire ( pre-cut wire ) + Cross wire ( pre-cut wire ).

1.Pulley mesh device

4.Electrode and copper base

They are made of a high chromium copper, which is a special alloy material with wear and high temperature resistance thus, increasing the service life of the electrode.

5.Cross wire feeding system moving device

The mobile device was added to cross wire feeding system in order to adjust mesh size and move the welding electrode.

6.Connecting copper block

We use copper block instead of soft copper leaf for connection between transformer and electrode because it has a better quality and conductive effect.
