Machine Introduction

The barbed wire making machine is divided into double strand barbed wire making machine (CS-A), single strand barbed wire making machine (CS-B), Positive and negative twist barbed wire making machine (CS-C), blade razor barbed wire machine.

The single strand barbed wire making machine (CS-B) is composed of two parts: wire twist and wire winding. It is equipped with three wire placing discs and adopts advanced electronic counting control. It is the only equipment in China to produce single strand barbed wire netting machine.

Single strand barbed wire making machine (CS-B) has the advantages of easy operation, smooth movement, low noise and low energy consumption. The products produced by this machine are widely used in national defense, railways, highways, farming and animal husbandry for protection and fencing.

Machine Features

 

 

Feeding wheel. The surface of the feeding wheel has been specially treated, which is durable. It can smooth the wire and reduce faults.

Twisted head. The screw thread system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and easy replacement of twisted head.

Electric box. There are start button, stop button and emergency stop button on the electric box. The counter can set the output automatically.

 

 

Mechanical parts. The mechanical parts are made of alloy steel to ensure the long-term operation and overall service life of the machine.
