Application: Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine is specially used for automatically straighten stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, aluminum wire, cooper wire, and cut automatically according to the preset length.
Material: Stainless steel wire, alloy steel wire, low/middle/high carbon steel wire
The straightening machine is composed of a frame, a straightening mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a linear gun and a wire frame.
The straightening part is composed of a straightening shaft, a straightening pressing block and two bearing blocks to complete the straightening work of the wire, the power is the motor mounted under the machine frame, and the straightening shaft is rotated at a high speed by the triangular tape.

The straightening system adopts special design, precision machining accuracy is very high, and it is easy to adjust the mold.
The rack adopts cartridge valve, which is easy to adjust. The length of wire straightening can be changed freely.
High speed parts of machinery will be covered with protective cover to ensure the safety of employees.
Part of the funnel structure was closed which is convenient for dust-cleaning and the structure of the cradle is more reasonable, as well as new appearance.
Each machine has 3 slots to choose from. It is convenient for us to use the appropriate wire diameter.
