1. Machine description
Chain link fence making machine also called diamond mesh machine,spiral fence machine,cyclone fence machine,orthorhombic machine.our fully automatic chain link fence machine is higher speed than the similar machinery.this chain link fence machine is running smooth and reliable performance,the product is flat.
2. Production Process
Heavy type pay-off device(Two sets)→ Wire detection system→ Double wire feeding system →Mould and Soap device→Edge method(Two sets) →Mesh collecting system
Full automatic chain link fence machine includes: main machine, weaving machine ,mesh rolling machine and border wire treating machine as well as all related accessories,it can produce many different hole size of the mesh with different molds.The machine is controlled by PLC system,we can set the length of the fence by PLC program.
1. The wire is taken in from the pay-off stand and passed through the dies where the diamond size takes place.Different gap sized.
2. After passing from the die, the diamond pattern wire is automatically thrown on the winding shaft in the stitching process.
3. Once the stitching is complete, the woven is manually glided down to enable the next switch to take place.
4. The chain link is automatically wound to form rolls when the desired length is setted.
5. One side or both side of the end of net hole is twisted or with burr in edge.
6. Use rolling side machine to make it into rolls.

(1)Double wire feeding system
1,Double wire feeding can add speed of machine . This part can remove. It is easy for loading machine.
2,Two wires twist together ,and turn into the finished mesh hole . So the production can be increased to max 180 Square Meter/ Hour. |
(2)Mould and Soap device
1,The material of the mould is specially treated, which increases the service life. Each machine will be equipped with three different sizes.
