Water tank type wire drawing machine is a small continuous production equipment composed of multiple drawing heads. Through step-by-step drawing, the drawing head is placed in the water tank, and finally the steel wire is pulled to the required specification. The whole wire drawing process is completely controlled by the mechanical speed difference between the main shaft of the drawing machine and the lower shaft of the drawing machine.

(1)Tower wheel The machine adopts 4 tower wheel structure, and the tower wheel is made of alloy material, which can place up to 16 wire drawing dies.

(2)Water collection device When the machine runs fast, the wire will bring out the soapy water in the water tank, which can be collected through the pipe. Keep the workshop clean.

(3)Tension device The tension device can effectively adjust the tightness of the wire rod, and is equipped with an induction device to ensure the smoothness of the wire rod in case of mechanical failure.
