This steel mesh welding production line is an innovative equipment independently developed by our company based on years of experience in wire mesh welding technology at home and abroad.

 

The feeding of warp steel bars is manually arranged, and the servo car automatically transports the steel bars. The cylinder is tightened to ensure that the finished mesh is neat.

 

The raw materials for parallel steel bars are fed using a chain feeding method, and are equipped with an automatic feeding device that can store a large amount of raw materials. Easy to operate, improve production efficiency, and reduce labor costs.

 

The welding host uses high-quality double force cylinders with adjustable welding pressure. There is an alarm device on the electrical cabinet, and all faults can be displayed on the screen. Machinery can use staged welding to reduce the impact of mechanical operation on electricity.

 

The diameter range of the welding wire of this machine is 6-12 mm, and the mesh size is 100-300 mm, which is infinitely adjustable. The maximum width of the welding wire mesh is 3000 millimeters (or according to customer requirements).
