1) Line wire feeding system
The line wire of the machine is automatically placed by a mobile trolley, which is fast and saves labor.The trolley can putting the wire in the forward and reverse directions.
2) Wire rack
The maximum length of the wire rack is 3000 mm, so the length of the mesh we can produce is 500-3000 mm, and the line wire can be  pushed automatically.

3) Welding electrode.
The welding electrode is made of high chromium copper alloy, which increases the service life of the welding electrode. The lower electr-odeu ses a square.

4) Connecting copper block.
All connecting wires of transformer and welding electrode use copper block instead of copper wire to ensure welding effect and reduce welding energy consumption

5) Line wire positioning device.
The machine is equipped with a line wire positioning device, which can ensure accurate wire welding position and uniform grid size.
6) Cross wire positioning device.
The cross wire arranging device uses cylinder power, which has fast reaction speed and increases the production efficiency of themachine

7)Pull mesh motor
The pull mesh motor adopts servo motor and is equipped with slide rail, which makes the machine run quickly and sensitively without noise
8)Water cooling system
