Machine Overview
This production line is an innovative device independently developed by our factory based on our experience in producing wire mesh welding technology equipment both domestically and internationally. The horizontal steel material storage rack adopts the funnel method technology, which can store a large amount of steel mesh raw materials. Saving manpower, convenient operation, improving production efficiency, and reducing labor costs

Machine characteristics
1.We can produce flat mesh and mesh rolls to meet the different needs of customers.
2.The welding wire diameter range is 2.5-5.0mm, and the screen size is 50-200mm, which is adjustable.
3. According to the user's capacitance, one-time or segmented welding can be used, with great flexibility

Mesh cutting machine.
The machine is equipped with a mesh cutting machine, which can set different cutting lengths on the screen to facilitate customers to produce different wire mesh sizes.

Crosswire positioning
The horizontal wire positioning device adopts a small cylinder, which is convenient and sensitive to improve the welding speed.
Welding electrode.
All welding electrodes are made of high chromium copper alloy, which is wear-resistant and high-temperature-resistant, extending
the service life

Cross wire dithering device.
Pneumatic shaking device is added to the cross wire feeding system to prevent cross wire winding. Reduce mechanical operation failures.

Wire straightening roller.
