3D panel machine line introduction:

The 3d panel Production machine line mainly consists of 2 machines, one is Wire Mesh Welding Machine and the other is Wire Inserting & Welding Machine (3D panel machine). This model of 3D panel machine line adopts PLC and touch screen system, strictly positioning of wire meshes, EPS panel and the truss wire crossing panel.

The 3D panel is a unique and effective way to easily create a strong insulated concrete building or wall. 3D panel are widely used in every type of concrete structure because of the flexibility of design and ease of use. Mechanical Advantage

Wire inserting system. The wire inserting system can adjust the angle according to the thickness of the board.So this machine can produce different thickness 3D panel .

Wire insertion straightening. Each inserting wire passes through the straightening wheel to ensure that the wire is flat and the wire position is more accurate.

Wire feeding system. The wire feeding cylinder makes the special customized cylinder run stably, and the wire feeding length can be adjusted.

Wire cutting system. The wire cutting system uses the double cylinder mode, which can quickly and stably cut off the wire and reduce mechanical faults.

Wire spool. We use a large-size spool, which can carry 30 kg of wire weight and make the machine run for a long time.

Spool crane. Both sides of the machine are equipped with spool cranes, which can reduce the labor intensity of mechanical operators.

Welding system. The welding copper block is processed independently by our factory to ensure the welding effect and service life of the welding head.

Control cabinet. The control cabinet adopts Chinese and English languages, and is equipped with automatic alarm function to automatically stop the machinery in case of operation failure.
