CNC Wire Mesh Welding Machine (GWC-2400)

This machine consists of welded equipment,line and cross wires feeding device,mesh stepping system,meshblanking and convey device,mesh coiling machine electrical control system and cooling system.

Cross Wire Feeding Unit (pre-cut)
It is installed in the upper of the mesh grid set device. It consists of walking platform,cross wire stacking unit, wire distribution device and feeding device. The distribution device and the wire feeding device are driven by machine system under the operation by electrical control system.
Automatic cross wire feeding without the need for manual labor. It is designed for the cross wire is fed from pre-cut wire.


Line Wire Accumulator
When mesh welding feeding movement the stepping speed and straightening puller feeding movement is different,storage rack is line wire in welding for the two different movements provide a buffer.


Welding System
Welding system is made up of the framework, transformer, welding electrodes, cross wire magnetic locator,lift mesh unit, line wire straightening device, water cooling system and other parts.


CNC Mesh Position Unit
Mesh position unit usage is feed forward the welding mesh, at the same time ensure that need horizontal spacing in need,Automatically adjust line wire spacing according to set.
It can automatically adjust the cross wire spacing and store the data,Adjust the cross wire spacing is very convenient, simple and accurate.


Line Wire Straightening Table
24 sets straightening units for line wire(based on the mesh width is 2400mm, mesh opening is 100X100mm)
The line wires are straightened through vertical straightening device, horizontal straightening device to promise the high straightness.


Mesh Pull Out System And Conveyor
Mesh conveyor consists blanking plate, gantry, pull mesh device,mesh flip device.
Max length of wire mesh :6000mm, The blanking plate uses the pneumatic device.
