This model of 3D panel machine line adopts PLC and touch screen system, strictly positioning of wire meshes, EPS panel and the truss wire crossing panel.

The 3D EPS sandwich pane Main Features:
(1)Light in weight. The EPS sandwich panel reduced the base load of the beam crossing section on the frame structure, and the 3d EPS blocks increased the usable floor area of the building, in addition the EPS sandwich wall panel decrease the total cost.
(2)Heat insulation and heat preservation property. The EPS sandwich panel can reduce the consumption of the air-conditioner system in winter and summer.
(3)Sound insulation. The EPS sandwich panel can give the house a quiet environment because the eps blocks can reduce the outside noise interference in some degree.
(4)Fireproof performance. The EPS sandwich panel is absolutely fire prevetion.
