(1)⇒Introduction:
This production line is I am at home and abroad for many years with mesh welding technology experience, independent research and development of innovative devices. Transverse reinforcement raw material storage frame with funnel method, you can store a lot of raw materials. Easy handling, improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.

Welding wire diameter range of the device is 2.0-4.0 mm, the mesh size is 50-200 mm, stepless adjustable. The maximum width of the welding wire mesh is 1200 mm (also according to customer requirements).

(1)Spool wire payoff system. This production line adopts the I-wheel paying off system, which can greatly save the mechanical floor area. The spool can wind the wire rod with a length of more than 1200 meters.

(2)Braking system. The pay off rack is equipped with an automatic brake system, which can prevent the wire from winding due to inertia when the machine stops.

(3)Straightening wheel system. The wire will pass through the straightening wheel system, which can make the wire more straight and smooth, and ensure the flatness and beauty of the welded wire mesh.

(4)Cross wire feeding system. The cross wire feeding system is independently designed and improved by our company, with fast and stable operation.

(5)Welding electrode. All welding electrodes are made of high chromium copper alloy, which is wear-resistant and high temperature resistant, extending the service life.

(6)Cross wire positioning The horizontal wire positioning device adopts a small cylinder, which is convenient and sensitive to improve the welding speed.

(7)Pull mesh motor. The mesh pulling motor uses a servo motor. The position movement is very fast and accurate, ensuring that each grid size is accurate and beautiful.

(8)Mesh cutting machine. The machine is equipped with a mesh cutting machine, which can set different cutting lengths on the screen to facilitate customers to produce different wire mesh sizes.
