Specifications of Wire Mesh 3D Panel Machine:
The complete equipment is controlled by PLC, made up of fixed steel wire frame and EPS board, manually load the board, wire frame loaded integrately and automatic unload the finished product. The oblique wire is guided by steel tube, automatic cut with position limit switch controlling the cutting lenth. The Hydraulic Power Transmission System is used for easier working position adjustment and the quick feedback system is also adopted in the electrical control system for fault alarm and faster solution.
1.This machine uses the slanted steel wire to weld the upper wire mesh to the lower wire mesh to form the 3D Panel. It can also produce the Single-Sided 3D Panel which is used in external wall insulation system (i.e. 3D Panel has only one side of it with the Steel Wire Mesh);
2.Has the integrated pneumatic system to ensure its stable operation, high reliability and long life span;
3.The Steel wire Feeder of the B type equipment has the pneumatic clamping device and the welding angle can be adjusted;

Product Property of Wire Mesh 3D Panel Machine:
1.Light in weight: its weight only 4kg/m2, and no more than 110kg/m2 ever after coated with cement on both side.
2.Large load-bearing capacity: a plate of 2.4m in height 1.22m in width, 110mm in thickness with cement coating, can bear axially over 74.4KN/m2, and horizontally over 1.95KN/M2.
3.Heat insulation and warmth-keeping: heat-resistance as high as 0.64m2.K/W, equaling that of a brick wall of 800mm thick.
4.Sound insulation: insulate as much as 45db noise.
5.Enhanceing the useful area: its thickness can be about 110mm with the cement coating, which can enhance the 10~13% of the useful area.
6.Easy to install and splice: as designed, the plate can be spliced into any flat shape, folding shape and curving shape: and it is easy to lay apparatus of electricity , water, and gas inside the spliced structure. Its building efficiency can be as high as 24~28m2 per day per worker.
