     Full automatic chain link fence machine includes:main machine,weaving machine mesh rolling machine and border wire treating machine as well as all related accessories,it can produce many different hole size of the mesh with different molds.The machine is controlled by PLC system,we can set the length of the fence by PLC program.

 

Working Principle

1. The wire is taken in from the pay-off stand and passed through the dies where the diamond size takes place.Different gap sized.
2. After passing from the die, the diamond pattern wire is automatically thrown on the winding shaft in the stitching process.
3. Once the stitching is complete, the woven is manually glided down to enable the next switch to take place.
4. The chain link is automatically wound to form rolls when the desired length is setted.
5. One side or both side of the end of net hole is twisted or with burr in edge.
6. Use rolling side machine to make it into rolls.

(2)Mould and Soap device 1,The material of the mould is specially treated, which increases the service life. Each machine will be equipped with three different sizes. 2,Soap water can lubricate machine & wire , which make working smoothly. The device can make soap water recycling.
	(3)Mesh width adjustment The machine increases the motor for adjusting the width of wire mesh and saves labor.
(4)Mesh Compacting system 1,The finished wire mesh can be making into mesh rolls or compacted into bundles. 2,The mesh rolling machine and mesh Compacting machine, you can choose one of them.
	(5)Control system The operating platform on the machine can be adjusted within a certain range, which is convenient for operation. The screen displays Chinese and English or more languages.
