Product Description
This product is a Full-automatic welding production line. The vertical bar start from coil wire and place the line bar in the blanking configuration when do the welding, thus to achieve high-speed, efficient automatic feeding, welding and blanking.
Because of its unique structural design of this product, it can solve lot of problems in welding process, such as not welding completely, non-solid solder point, uneven welding space, and non-diversity of mesh size, etc.
The unique guide and positioning design of the vertical bar of this product played a guide and positioning role of the vertical bar and meet a variety size (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples) of mesh welding needs and use roller and servo motor as the power of the stepping to precisely control the mesh space. ( stepping space can be adjusted by the welding needs. Adjustable parameters). It can achieve high-speed welding and improve the annual production capacity.
This equipment is mainly composed of machine base, line bars blanking device, vertical bars drawing device, welding host, electrical control system, power distribution cabinet, cooling water system, gas source system, monitor&alarm system.
Machine base: Use superior H section steel to connect, ensuring the installation levelness of machines, thereby ensuring the machine precision and elegant appearance. Thick steel sheet, not easy to deformation
Line bars blanking device: Line bar blanking device is divided into storage sector and automatic feeding sector. The storage sector is used to store the line bar and ensure quick production of the mesh and make the line to feed stably. Automatic feeding sector used of a full automatic separation and feeding form to distribute quickly, orderly and evenly to the welding electrodes to achieve single drop accuracy, thus eliminate manual place wires requirement, and maximized saving the previous time of place wires to reduce the labor costs.
Welding host: The welding host uses special resistance transformers and special forced cylinders to ensure high-speed welding, welding pressure and joint strength requirements, the accuracy of the actuator. It has high environmental adaptability and reliability.
Electrical control system: Uses PLC programmable controlling, Other parts all is imported from Japan. Using a unique electrical operating system, with a failure alarm function, the touch screen display can intuitively see welding parameters, is easy and fast for operation. Thus reduce the requirements on the operator.
Cooling water system: Is divided into transformers cooling, up electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling. It come true the water distribution by flowmeter. Each flowmeter can be adjusted individually to make machine working normal, without damage.
