Machine Overview
This production line is an innovative device independently developed by our factory based on our experience in producing wire mesh welding technology equipment both domestically and internationally. The horizontal steel material storage rack adopts the funnel method technology, which can store a large amount of steel mesh raw materials. Saving manpower, convenient operation, improving production efficiency, and reducing labor costs

Machine characteristics
1.We can produce flat mesh and mesh rolls to meet the different needs of customers.
2.The welding wire diameter range is 2.5-5.0mm, and the screen size is 50-200mm, which is adjustable.

Crosswire positioning
The horizontal wire positioning device adopts a small cylinder, which is convenient and sensitive to improve the welding speed.

Cross wire dithering device.
